Hemi Thaker - President and CEO

Mr. Thaker is a successful entrepreneur, technologist, and leader. His wide range of expertise in networking technologies such as Ethernet and SONET is invaluable to the company’s strategic product development efforts. Hemi personally drives important architectural design decisions for new products. One of hispriorities is to leverage the company’s experience selling to service providers, so that Anue products are resilient and reliable enough to meet even the most stringent of requirements.

Hemi has founded four companies, including Sybarus, a fabless semiconductor development company which was sold to Lucent Technologies in 1999. He has led technology development teams at Fujitsu NTS, Nortel Networks, and Agere Systems. Hemi has eight patents granted and six patents pending.

A native of Edmonton, Alberta, Thaker has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Kevin Przybocki - Senior Vice President

Mr. Przybocki has 14 years of broad management experience in high growth technology companies. His background includes operations, marketing and general management in startup, mid-size and large public companies. He has extensive experience developing and launching new products, both hardware and software, at companies like MIPS Computer Systems, SGI and Boston Scientific. Most recently, Kevin ran a profitable subsidiary of Finisar Corporation, a leading provider of fiber optic subsystems and network test equipment.

Mr. Przybocki has Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T. and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Keith Cheney - Senior Vice President

Keith Cheney presently serves as the leader of Anue Systems’ Engineering, Production and Marketing organizations. In his role, he is responsible for the company’s external marketing communications, product management, technical support, and product development activities. Mr. Cheney joined Anue Systems in August of 2007 and has more than 25 years of industry experience in general management, marketing, sales, and engineering positions with several companies, including Cirrus Logic, Motorola, 3Com, and United Telecom. Prior to joining Anue Systems, Mr. Cheney was Vice President and General Manager of Cirrus Logic’s Embedded Products Division, and previously was General Manager of the Network Communication Systems Division of Motorola’s Semiconductor Sector.

Prior to Motorola, Mr. Cheney served as Vice President and General Manager of the Communications Division of Cirrus Logic.

Mr. Cheney holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kansas.

Charles "Chip" Webb - Chief Technology Officer

Charles was most recently Distinguished Member of Technical Staff in the Advanced Video and Data Networking Department at Lucent Technologies. He has 14 years of experience in ASIC and board level design for video and high-speed data networking equipment. He was a member of the Emmy Award winning team that developed the first ATSC HDTV system and subsequently led the development of the first all-digital 8-VSB demodulator IC for HDTV broadcast. More recently, Mr. Webb led the development of several successful ASICs for Sonet/SDH and G.709 applications.

He is a recognized expert in the areas of signal integrity, asynchronous logic, ASIC design methodology, perl scripting and C programming.

Mr. Webb holds a Bachelor's degree Cum Laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master's Degree from Columbia University in Electrical Engineering and is a member of Tau Beta Pi . He has co-authored five technical papers and has been granted twelve patents, with four more pending.

Sameer Gupta - VP and General Manager - Professional Services

Prior to Anue Systems, Mr. Gupta was a Member of Technical Staff in SONET IC development at Agere Systems. At Agere, Sameer managed the definition and design of an Ethernet over SONET IC and design implementation of SONET ICs. Prior to joining Agere, he was a Senior Consultant with Synopsys Professional Services and led a team of consultants to solve challenging customer implementation issues. Sameer has worked as an ASIC designer for a number of companies including Atmel, Silicon Graphics, AMD and HP Convex Technology Center.

Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Old Dominion University and a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.

Pat Malone - Vice President Sales, US

Mr. Malone brings more than 25 years of direct and indirect sales with technology firms to Anue Systems. Pat is a serial entrepreneur with practical experience in sales, marketing, business and channel development in emerging technology firms. His background includes operational and senior management positions in software, network performance, thin client and infrastructure appliance companies, including 3Com, HP, Auspex, NCD, Caw Networks (acquired by Spirent Communications), Vernier Networks and most recently Eoscene a software provider to healthcare.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Colorado, in Engineering Physics, and has participated in Graduate Business Studies at the University of Washington.

George Salemie - VP International Sales

George Salemie Mr. Salemie is a 16-year veteran of the communications and networking industry. He has extensive experience in the areas of sales, channel partnering, business development, product management and systems engineering. Currently, Mr. Salemie is responsible for managing direct sales, manufacturers’ representatives and resellers throughout the world in an effort to support Anue’s aggressive growth plans. Prior to joining Anue Systems, Mr. Salemie managed the Americas’ Channel Partners at Redback Networks. He was responsible for identifying, developing and overseeing resellers throughout North, Central and South America.

Prior to Redback Networks, Mr. Salemie was Business Development Manager for Lucent’s Inter-Networking Systems Division, where he worked with other divisions in order to develop and market mobile wireless data solutions.

George Salemie has a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Computer Science from Washington University, a Master’s of Science in Computer Engineering from University of Houston, and a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

John Delfeld - Vice President of Marketing

Mr. Delfeld has extensive experience marketing, selling, and evangelizing new technologies. He has launched new product lines and grown revenues at both start ups and publicly traded companies including Cirrus Logic, NCR, and MCC. Prior to joining Anue Systems, he served as a vice president at Gerson Lehrman Group, the world’s largest expert network, and as co-founder and marketing vice president at Teravicta, the industry’s first supplier of RF MEMS switches.

Mr. Delfeld has an undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master’s degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
