Hemi Thaker, a founder of Anue Systems, is a successful entrepreneur, technologist and industry leader.  In addition to Anue Systems, Mr. Thaker - started four companies including Sybarus, a fabless semiconductor development company, which Lucent Technologies purchased in 1999. He has also led technology development teams at Fujitsu, Nortel Networks and Agere Systems.

Mr. Thaker is passionate about solving complex customer problems using leading-edge technology. It is this passion that resulted in Mr. Thaker receiving the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2011 Award for Central Texas.

A native of Edmonton, Alberta, Mr. Thaker has a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Alberta and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo. Mr. Thaker has 13 patents granted and one patent pending.

Kevin Przybocki, a founder, is responsible for Anue Systems’ sales, business development and finance organizations. Mr. Przybocki has more than 20 years of management experience in high-growth technology companies, previously holding operations, marketing and general management positions in multiple companies including MIPS Computer Systems, Silicon Graphics, Boston Scientific and Bain and Company. Prior to Anue Systems, Mr. Przybocki served as the general manager in a subsidiary of Finisar Corporation, a leading provider of fiber optic communications products.

Mr. Przybocki has bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from MIT and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard.

Keith Cheney leads the Anue Systems marketing, engineering and manufacturing organizations. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s product development activities. Mr. Cheney joined Anue Systems in 2007 and has more than 25 years of industry experience in general management, marketing, sales and engineering positions with several companies, including Cirrus Logic, Motorola, 3Com and United Telecom. Prior to joining Anue Systems, Mr. Cheney was vice president and general manager of the Embedded Products Division at Cirrus Logic and previously served as general manager of the Motorola Network Communication Systems Division. Prior to Motorola, Mr. Cheney served as vice president and general manager of the Communications Division of Cirrus Logic.

Mr. Cheney holds a master’s of business administration and a bachelor of science in computer science degree from the University of Kansas.

Charles Webb, a founder, is the CTO of Anue Systems and led the development of the network emulation platform for Anue. He has more than 20 years of experience in the design and architecture of high-speed networking products. Mr. Webb presents regularly at conferences such as WSTS and ITSF and contributes to standards development at ITU-T, TIA and IEEE. Prior to starting Anue Systems, Mr. Webb was a distinguished member of technical staff at Bell Laboratories, where he led teams developing fiber optic networks, HDTV and wireless communications.

Mr. Webb holds a master’s degree from Columbia University in electrical engineering, and a bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has co-authored five technical papers and has been granted twelve patents, with seven more pending.

Pat Malone brings more than 25 years of technology sales experience to Anue Systems. Mr. Malone joined Anue in 2008 having previously held senior sales management position with 3Com, HP, Auspex, Network Computing Devices, Caw Networks (acquired by Spirent Communications) and Vernier Networks.

Mr. Malone holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Colorado in engineering.
