Our customers use Anue Systems Network Emulators in test labs to evaluate the equipment and applications that comprise their multimedia solutions under real-world conditions using standards-based network models and test suites. With Anue Systems Network Emulators you can replicate the delays, bandwidth and impairments found on the Internet and production networks.
Our unique hardware-based architecture provides the performance and repeatability necessary to authentically emulate the real world networks your multimedia applications will be deployed in. Anue Systems Network Emulators allow you to demonstrate how network conditions affect the quality of video and voice services over IP networks. Network conditions include access bandwidth, bandwidth congestion, delay, delay variation (jitter), link failure, time drift, route flapping, reordered packets and packet drops.
Key Benefits
- Faster time-to-deploy new multimedia applications and services
- Prevent under/over-engineering by precisely characterizing minimum required SLAs
- Gain greater confidence that multimedia applications and services will perform as required once deployed
- Verify that a network has the ability to support new triple play services
Anue Network Emulators
- Run 100% line rate traffic from 10Mbps to 10Gbps at any frame size
- Support differential impairment for up to 64 profiles based on user-defined filters
- Selectively drop H.262/H.264 I, B and P frames over IPv4/6 for IPTV testing
- Provide standards-based test suites and network models
Hardware Platforms
Anue Network Emulators are available on two platforms, Maui and Hawaii. Both Maui and Hawaii consist of a 2U rack-mount chassis.
- The Maui platform supports up to four blades and data rates up to 2.6Gbps
- The Hawaii platform supports up to two blades and data rates up to 11.3Gbps
